Hygiene measurements in the meeting area

  • thorough ventilation of the rooms
  • the seminar rooms have a technical ventilation system, the system is permanently in operation
  • all surfaces, tables, armrests, etc. are cleaned and disinfected before the seminar begins
  • the cleaning of the seminar rooms is subject to the hygiene concept of room cleaning
  • participation in a seminar can only take place if one does not show any symptoms of respiratory infection or increased temperature
  • hugs and handshakes should still be avoided
  • before each seminar a contact form is filled out by each participant
  • the permitted number of persons is determined by the size of the room and the seating arrangement
  • a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between participants is required. Each participant is required to keep the minimum distance both during and after the seminar.
  • according to the national regulation, the wearing of a mouth and nose protection is obligatory from 5 persons onwards.
  • Food in the coffee break area is individually wrapped or provided with a spit guard.
  • disposable materials such as pads are disposed of at the end of the event
  • all participants will be informed again by signs regarding cough and sneeze etiquette as well as instructions for hand hygiene
  • our employees work exclusively with mouth and nose protection.
