Hygiene measurements in the meeting area
- thorough ventilation of the rooms
- the seminar rooms have a technical ventilation system, the system is permanently in operation
- all surfaces, tables, armrests, etc. are cleaned and disinfected before the seminar begins
- the cleaning of the seminar rooms is subject to the hygiene concept of room cleaning
- participation in a seminar can only take place if one does not show any symptoms of respiratory infection or increased temperature
- hugs and handshakes should still be avoided
- before each seminar a contact form is filled out by each participant
- the permitted number of persons is determined by the size of the room and the seating arrangement
- a minimum distance of 1.5 meters between participants is required. Each participant is required to keep the minimum distance both during and after the seminar.
- according to the national regulation, the wearing of a mouth and nose protection is obligatory from 5 persons onwards.
- Food in the coffee break area is individually wrapped or provided with a spit guard.
- disposable materials such as pads are disposed of at the end of the event
- all participants will be informed again by signs regarding cough and sneeze etiquette as well as instructions for hand hygiene
- our employees work exclusively with mouth and nose protection.
